The year's superbowl commercials were pretty good this year, but many were not as funny. Most of the ads were either emotional or feel-good inspirational. One of my favorites was the snickers's/brady bunch commercial
this commercial was just hilarious to me as it played off the typical brady bunch issue of jan and marsha always fighting, while using very peculiar actors in their place. It was also because a specific meme involve marsha and jan was circulating the internet, leading me to think this was made because of that running joke. This snickers ad communicates their message to us through pure comedy, and telling us that snickers will help us be normal again.
The superbowl is an amazing medium for advertising because it is the one time of the year that millions of people will be watching a specific channel all at the same time, making the ads the most viewed. Advertisers are given the largest audience possible.
